Bunuelos Mexican Dessert

Here is a delicious Mexican dessert you don't want to miss. It's called Bunuelos which means fritter. It reminds me a lot of snickerdoodles with it's cinnamon, sugar topping.

I give all the details on how to make this recipe. It's easy but takes time. Sort of like making a pie.

This one is definately worth trying out.

Fish Taco Recipe

Have you ever tried fish tacos? If you haven't you should give them a try. My Baja fish taco recipe calls for marinating cod and then throwing them on the barby. You whip up some nice creamy avocado sauce and place that on top of the fish.

Then sprinkle with green cabbage and white cheese. Serve these with warmed corn tortillas and you are done.

I've also placed a Google sitesearch page on my site to make it easier for my visitors to find recipes, etc on my site.

Quesadilla Recipe

Today's featured recipe is a quesadilla recipe that is very easy to make and packs some good flavor thanks to the chile ortegas. You can use pretty much use any cheese you like but my recommendation is to use mild cheddar cheese.

You must garnish the quesadilla with homemade guacamole and sour cream to make this dish really special.

More recipes to consider:
Sangria
Chile relleno casserole
Mexican eggs and tortillas

Sangria Recipe - A Sparkling Delight!

Today's new recipe features Sangria. This red wine punch that has it's origins in Spain is fun and easy to make.

What makes it fun? It's not just the drinking but the actual making of it can be. There is no set in stone recipe. Just use a good quality red wine, fruit juices, fresh fruit slices, brandy, cocnac, soda water or what ever you want. Mix it all in a pitcher, add some ice and you've got Sangria!

I've got two recipes to start you off and you can find them here at Sangria with apples and oranges.

By the way today my Alexa rating is 648,987

SBI rocks.

I've been meeting some very nice people through Value Exchange. If you are unfamiliar with that word it's where smart website developers go for link exchanges. The best part is, it's FREE.

A Couple of Delicious Mexican Casserole Recipes

Don't you just love casseroles for their simplicity? Put everything in one dish, pop it in the oven and you are good to go. Add a nice dinner salad, some bread or tortillas, a margarita and dinner is ready.

If this sounds good to you stop by my Mexican food recipes site when you are in the mood for mexican food and I promise to not let you down. Here you will find quality recipes and even some that aren't Mexican. I've included them because they are good and I like to share.

Back to the casseroles and simplicity. I've got two right now and will add more as time permits. The first one is called easy breakfast casserole. It serves 6 to 8 people. It contains eggs, potatoes, cheese and a few other goodies. It's a great way to serve breakfast to a group.

Some people just love chile rellenos. I know I do. I've got a chile relleno casserole that will probably make you over eat! It only contains 6 ingredients but it's big on flavor and is easy to make (the beauty of casseroles!)

Have a great day,
Robin
